Morning and afternoon tea will be available in the tents above the track.
Lunches will be available in the Vintage Car Club rooms at your cost.

Drivers are welcome to test their locos and drive the track

Thursday 5th January 2012
Registrations open in station/club rooms
4:45 pm Driver Safety Talk and Walk around the track
5:30 pm Wine and Cheese with light snacks only.

Friday 6th January 2012
Registrations open in station/club rooms
9 am Driver briefing.
10 am track open to public running
11 am Official opening
11:10 am Grand Parade
4 pm Track Closed to Public
4:30 pm Les Moore Challenge           
6 pm Evening meal for paid up members

Saturday 7th January 2012

9:15 am MEANZ meeting in Vintage Car Club rooms
10 am track open to public running
11am Bus trip
12 noon voting for best loco close
4 pm Track Closed to Public
7 pm Convention Dinner

9:15 am Auditors meeting in Vintage Car Club rooms
10 am track open to public running
11 am trip to browse the basin
4 pm Track Closed to Public
5:30 pm Evening meal for paid up members

Possible trip, you drive to Maungatapere Machinery Museum at your cost
